Essay Music can Cure Stress - 600 Words
In other hand, sound or music could cure oneââ¬â¢s stress. Different people deal with different music; some people like rock metal, pop, soul music, jazz and so on. Music could let peopleââ¬â¢s mind feel calm as well relax. Listening to music can have a very relaxing effect on peopleââ¬â¢s minds and bodies, especially slow or quiet classical music. This type of music can have a beneficial effect on dealing stress. Relaxing is a way most important to settle down the emotion; when emotion calm and relax, stress will be gone away. As music can absorb our attention, it acts as a distraction at the same time it helps to explore emotions. This means it can be a great aid to meditation, helping to prevent the mind wandering. Share with family or friends also might inspire one to get some effective way to solve all their problems. In other hands, it will make one feel safe and relax when their family and friends on their side, they will get morality support and some useful advice from them. In facts, supports, cares and love from oneââ¬â¢s beloved such as family and friends will lead them to pass through their hard time. Besides that, vacation is a good way to reduce stress too. People usually feel good when they are doing something enjoyable.
